Timo Kättö is an experienced SaaS sales executive and growth specialist.
After helping scale Profinder’s growth in Finland, he is now fully focused on building Profinder Sweden as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

What changed in January?
As the Swedish expansion entered its next phase, Timo transitioned from leading sales in Finland to focusing 100% on Sweden as CRO. Building the team, pipeline, and scalable commercial processes for long-term growth.
Why Sweden & why now?
Sweden is the largest market in Scandinavia, and we see a clear shift in how companies approach prospecting.
Excel-based prospect lists are being replaced by SaaS tools that provide continuously updated B2B data. Sales teams expect accurate, real-time company and decision-maker information when they need it, not static files.

How does this expansion support Profinder’s overall growth?
Massively. Profinder grows with its customers, and we hear and see a clear need for both qualitative and quantitative B2B data among many Swedish companies.
We also learned from our Finnish experience that having a huge data library alone is not enough. That is why we are increasing the proactive delivery of useful and relevant AI-powered data directly to our customers—either via the Profinder user interface or directly into operative systems like CRM or marketing automation tools. All of this happens alongside regular enrichment and updates of operative data.
What should Swedish companies know about Profinder?
By next August, when Profinder celebrates one year of Swedish data operations, my sincere joy is that thousands of Swedish enterprises have at least heard of modern B2B target group setting. A few hundred of those same enterprises have already tested and seen for themselves what a difference outstanding and modern B2B data can deliver for their own benefit. Profinder has come to stay and serve in Sweden.
